Get Body Confident this Summer with Waist Trainers and Shapewear*

*This is a collaborative post*

It's been a while since I wrote a more personal post but today I am doing exactly that. For clarification, this is not me in the above photo, but I wouldn't complain if I looked like that! After having my daughter three years ago, my figure has changed dramatically. Not only that but I seem to have developed an ability to put on weight simply by looking at a bar of chocolate. To cut a long story short, I'm not happy when I look in the mirror and I've decided now is the time to do something about it. Especially as this year I have a big birthday coming up and I want to look and feel healthier. I've set myself a goal to lose a dress size by August and I want to try a wholesale waist trainer after seeing Instagrammers and Influencers wearing theirs whilst exercising. I've read that waist trainers can improve body posture and can help to shed water weight if worn whilst working out, both a huge selling point for me. I'll share results in a future post along with before and after photos and hopefully there'll be a difference

My tummy seems to be my main problem area, so much so that I tend to avoid wearing my favourite body hugging and slim fitting clothing. I know there are many other women out there who feel this way so I thought I'd share one of my magic finds! Body sculpting underwear such as this wholesale shapewear, can really make a difference when worn under your clothes. I don't wear mine all the time but on special occasions or when I want to wear a more figure hugging outfit I pop on my sculpting shapewear and it gives me an instantly slimmer waist whilst smoothing out any lumps and bumps. They come in various styles and I've shared just a few below. I do highly recommend shapewear, I even wore it to my last milestone birthday party and I felt a million times more confident. (See dodgy old photo below!)

If I stumble across any more figure enhancing or confidence boosting finds worth knowing about then you'll all be the first to know. In the meantime, I hope you've all had a wonderful Jubilee weekend and wishing you all the best for the week ahead.
