Are You Considering Switching To E-Cigs?*

If you've read GirlGoneDreamer for a little while, then you may recall how I wrote about vaping during Stoptober. As I mentioned then, quitting smoking isn't the easiest thing in the world to do and so smokers need all the help and support they can get. 2017 actually saw the Stoptober campaign back e-cigarettes for what I believe was the very first time. Vaping even featured in the Stoptober TV advertisement. 

There is much talk online about whether vaping is good or bad for our health and if you search the net for articles you will indeed find many arguments for both sides. That said, e-cigarettes have been around for a while now and most studies appear to show that they are safer and healthier than smoking traditional cigarettes. Not only that, apparently those who switch to vaping will actually live longer.

If you plan to try e-cigarettes or e-liquids then I would recommend you do your own research first. As for choosing your brand of e-liquid, there is plenty to choose from. 

Simply ELiquid are a relatively well known company who offer a variety of products. There's even a blog section on their website if you're after a read, information or just some moral support. With an array of flavours to choose from such as Black Cherry & Grape, Pear Drops and Fruit Pastilles, there is something for everyone. If you're not really into fruity flavours then these three e-liquids probably aren't your thing, but there are plenty of other flavours to choose from such as Spearmint, Ice Menthol and even UK Tobacco. Each liquid comes in it's own robust bottle and even after transit, I found none of mine were damaged or leaking.
